CBB-a. Elizabeth MALTBY, b. Sept. 4, 1724, Saybrook, Conn. (Nathaniel 3, John 2, Wm.1). m. Oct 9, 1746, William LYON, who was b. in Boston, Mass., April 10, 1716, and died in New Haven, Jan. 31, 1767. She died in New Haven, Oct. 16, 1810, "ae. 86."
William Lyon was a son of William Lyon, who arrived at Boston in 1713. In 1714 he mar. Experience Howard (Hayward) dau. of the Hon. John Howard and Experience Pierpoint, dau. of John Pierpoint of Roxbury, Mass. William Lyon moved to New Haven in 1722, but "falling into a decline in 1725, he made a voyage to Barbados and died there in March, 1725. His widow d. in New Haven, Sept. 15, 1751 aged 64."
